Terms of service

Using this site

By browsing or ordering you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Orders

Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at checkout. Orders shipped outside Ireland and the UK may attract import duties collected by the carrier on arrival; these are not included in our prices.

Products

We photograph everything as accurately as we can, but screens vary and colours can differ slightly from the garment in hand. Measurements on the size guide are body measurements and allow for normal manufacturing tolerance. Limited-run pieces may not be restocked.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under Irish and UK consumer law, and we extend that to a 30-day returns window on unworn, tagged items. The full process is on the delivery & returns page.

Intellectual property

The All Leaders Follow name, emblem, product designs, photography and the text on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for delays outside our control, such as carrier disruption or extreme weather.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and disputes fall to the courts of Ireland.
