What we collect, why we hold it, and how to get it removed. Last updated 2026.
This policy explains how All Leaders Follow ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use this website or place an order. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
- Order details — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought.
- Contact details — anything you type into a contact form or send us by email.
- Marketing — your email address, if you choose to join the mailing list.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected in aggregate to keep the site working.
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment provider on their own systems.
Why we hold it
- To take payment, ship your order and handle returns — performance of a contract.
- To answer your questions — our legitimate interest in running a shop.
- To send drop announcements — only with your consent, withdrawable at any time.
- To meet tax and accounting duties — legal obligation.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers who make the order happen: our payment provider, our delivery carriers, our email platform and our hosting provider. Each is bound to use the data only for that job. We do not sell your data, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to satisfy Irish tax law. Marketing contacts are held until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@allleadersfollow.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with the outcome you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie, or to your own national data protection authority.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary — keeping your bag between pages, remembering your preferences. Any analytics or marketing cookies are only set with your consent, and you can clear them from your browser at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use your data will be emailed to subscribers.
